The president Mr. Chow Huihong founded the headquarter of Tzaiyuan Enterprise Co., Ltd. in Sanchung city, Taipei on April 28th, 1992 . It produced various traditional dip resistors with fully automatic machines and equipment.

Launched a Caizhi Electronics (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd in Long Hua Town , Shenzhe city, Canton on April 28th. The beginning workers were 465 and it produced various traditional dip resistors with fully automatic machines and equipment.

Launched a new branch - Caizhi Electronics (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. in the Science and Technology Park in Lu Xu Town, Wu Jian City in Jian Su on Nov. 21 st . The beginning workers were 350 and it produced various traditional dip resistors with fully automatic machines and equipment.

Another new branch—Suzhou Chih Mao Electronics Tech Co., Ltd was launched in the Science and Technology Park in Lu Xu Town, Chang Shou City in Jian Su on Feb. 5th. The beginning workers were 250, and we produced all specifications of Chip resistors. The crew were expert at taking raw materials to complete production. We tested & taped pack to produce all type of Chip resistors.

On December 5, 2019, Jiangxi Factory Caizhi Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. was established in Yingtan City, Jiangxi Province, China, with 500 employees. It produces various types and specifications of chip resistors and plug-in resistors with a full process.
